Meet Justin Cifelli
A licensed Arizona real estate agent who builds short-term rentals, starting with his own.
Justin Cifelli founded Sedona Rental Partners to give investors something most agents can't: advice from someone who has bought, remodeled, designed, launched, and hosted short-term rentals in this valley himself.
He built and runs Verde Retreats, five rentals in Cottonwood, about 15 minutes from Sedona. Together they have earned 554 Airbnb guest reviews at a 4.92-star average, and 4 of the 5 rank in Airbnb's Top 5% of homes or better: Rocking Chair Ranch in the Top 1%, and Meadow Retreat, Crystal Cottage, and Love Shack in the Top 5%.
That experience shapes everything Sedona Rental Partners does: checking the rules before you offer, designing around the guests who will actually book, and setting up systems that keep reviews strong after launch. Justin also represents buyers and sellers of primary and second homes across Sedona and the Verde Valley.
