Love Shack is a tiny cabin tucked at the back of a large parcel, with a private hot tub facing canyon and Verde River views under dark skies. It is our best example of the cabin-on-a-larger-lot strategy.
What we did

The lesson for investors
A hot tub is one of the most requested amenities, and placement matters as much as the tub itself: privacy, the view from the water, lighting, and an easy path from the bedroom all shape how guests experience it. On a larger lot, a small second unit like this can add a separate income stream where zoning and permits allow.
